                               RESOLUTION NO. 19719
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND ESTABLISHING A
                   CHANGE FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($50.00) TO BE MAINTAINED FOR
                   THE PURPOSE OF MAKING CHANGE FOR THE PUBLIC
                   WORKS DEPARTMENT AT THE NORTH HAWTHORNE
                   STREET WOOD RECYCLING CENTER, SAID FUND TO
                   BE BALANCED DAILY, AND NO MORE THAN FIFTY
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($50.00) IN SAID FUND IS
                   TO BE RETAINED FOR THE NEXT DAY'S OPERATIONS
                   AT THE NORTH HAWTHORNE STREET WOOD RECYCLING

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       establishment of a Change Fund in the amount of $50.00 to be
       maintained for the purpose of making change for the Public Works
       Department at the North Hawthorne Street Wood Recycling Center,
       said fund to be balanced daily, and no more than $50.00 in said
       fund is to be retained for the next day's operations at the North 

       Hawthorne Street Wood Recycling Center.
